The Inventory scoreboard provides users with quick access to inventory-related information, including which items are in inventory, the number of inventories they are linked to, any associated storage locations, current valuation, and action options.

Inventory Scoreboard
The Inventory scoreboard shows the total number of inventory items in the system.
Search Here
The Inventory window includes smart contextual searching capabilities in the Search Here field that include:
- Item
- Reference Number
- Spec
Details
The Inventory information bar includes:
- Item: Product Number, Description, Item Status
- Inventories: Total number of inventories linked to the item
- Storage Locations: Total count of storage locations associated with the item
- Valuation: Overall valuation across all inventories
- Actions: Create Task and Add to Favorites
To view inventory item details, click on the item column to see the item highlights.
Item Highlights
Click on an item to view the inventory item highlights which include:
- Item header with image, status, item number, item name, inventories and the add to favorite feature.
- Beginning
- On Order
- Received
- On Hand
- Issued + Allocated
- Transfer + Pending
- Back Ordered
- Carry Price
- Adjusted
- Returned
- Available
- Avg. Usage
Item Highlight
Inventories Dropdown
Utilize the inventories dropdown to view the carry price per unit and on hand unit & valuation per inventory department.
Action: Create Task
The Create Task action allows users to add a task from the Inventory scoreboard by selecting a task type from the dropdown: Check a Balance, Add to Inventory or Remove from Inventory.
The task creation form includes: task type, summary, optional additional request information, priority, assign to, and attachments.
The required fields must be completed before selecting Create.
To Edit a created task, go to the Tasks SB, click on the task row to make any changes.

Action: Add to Favorites
Utilizing the Add to Favorites action enables users to quickly access items they wish to monitor closely.
After selecting the Add to Favorites action, the items can be easily located using the Quick Search widget.
Accessing the Item Editor
Inventory Tab
Double-clicking on an item navigates the user to the item editor Inventory Tab, where they can view additional information within the scoreboards and widgets related to the item.
Inventories - Clicking the quantity in an item's STORAGE LOCATIONS column will take you to the Inventory Control scoreboard within the item editor Inventory tab.
Storage Locations - Clicking the quantity in an item's STORAGE LOCATIONS column will take you to the Inventory Control scoreboard within the item editor Inventory tab.
Valuation - Clicking the quantity in an item's VALUATIONS column will direct you to the Current Balances widget in the item editor's Inventory tab, where you can view the information in the On-Hand column for each inventory department.
