Import Existing Item to RTL

The Import Existing Item to RTL function is used when a user searches the Retail Scoreboard but is unable to find a retail item they created. In such instances, they can use the Import Existing Item to RTL function to bring the item in.

Reason Item May Not Appear in RTL

There are a few reasons why a retail item might not appear on the retail dashboard:

1. The item was created directly in SAMMS, so the user should use the "Import Existing Item" feature.

2. The "New Retail Item" feature was used to create the product in RTL, but the "Allow Retail Use" flag was set to NO.
