When the user double-clicks on an outlet, the dashboard view switches from corporate to the selected outlet, causing slight variations between the scoreboard and widget views.
Scoreboard Similarities & Differences
The outlet dashboard closely resembles the corporate dashboard, with slight variations in the scoreboard and widgets. The outlet dashboard is tailored to the selected outlet, ensuring that all scoreboards and widgets display information relevant exclusively to that particular outlet.

Similarities
The Outlet Scoreboard includes three identical scoreboards compared to the corporate scoreboard: Retail Items, Revenue, and Sold Exceptions. Differences

Scoreboard Display
The Low Stock scoreboard on the outlet dashboard displays information such as on-hand quantities, amounts on order, and inventory par levels. This feature helps guide users by indicating which items require reordering.

The Replenish Inventory feature enables users to place orders to restock items specifically for that retail outlet.

Inventory Counts Processes
Starting Physical Inventory/Performing an Inventory Count
Inventory counts can be performed in RTL by following these steps.
- Select an outlet within the outlet scoreboard.
- Click on the inventory counts scoreboard→ Start Physical Inventory feature
- Name the inventory count→Start Physical Inventory
- Note: You can select start physical inventory once the inventory is named for the entire department OR you can use the cycle count advanced option to count by commodity, prime supplier, storage area, etc
- You will be directed to the Physical Inventory Details page, where a pop-up notification will indicate that "Physical Inventory has been successfully created. Items are ready to be counted."
- Add your Counts→SAVE→FINALIZE
- Fill out the Process & Finalize →Finalize
- A pop-up notification will appear stating “Processing Inventory Processed and Finalized”

Cancelling an Inventory Count
Inventory counts can be cancelled in RTL by following these steps.
- Select an outlet within the outlet scoreboard.
- Click on the inventory counts scoreboard→ Select action ‘Cancel Inventory’
- A pop up window will appear requesting confirmation to cancel→Select Yes
- A pop-up notification will appear stating “Physical Inventory header cancelled successfully”
Replenishments Scoreboard

The Replenishments scoreboard on the outlet dashboard monitors and manages inventory levels, ensuring items are restocked to maintain sufficient quantities for sale.

Replenishments Processes
Replenish Inventory
Utilize the replenish inventory function in the Replenishments scoreboard to finalize the process.
Required Date: The required date will automatically populate to the following date.
Receiving Area: The receiving area is the only required field when replenishing inventory, select using the dropdown.
Replenishment Level: The Replenishment Level is automatically set to “all items”, however users have three replenishment options:
- All items
- Low stock to maximum pars
- On-hand items to maximum par levels.
Event: Users can choose to replenish inventory based on a selected event from the dropdown.
Notes: The note field is not required, but suggested to add notes/remarks pertaining to the replenishment of the inventory.
Replenishment Filter Options: The feature enables users to replenish based on various filter criteria such as commodity type, primary supplier, storage locations, location types, or product types.
