The retail dashboard displays detailed scoreboards and widgets capturing real time overview of retail metrics including retail items, outlets, revenue, sold exceptions, pos exports and price changes. The dashboard can be viewed in either “corporate dashboard” or “outlet dashboard” mode displaying specific information based on the dashboard selected.

Retail Dashboard Access
To access the RTL dashboard, a user must be granted company access and assigned one of the following system roles: System Admin or Retail.
RedRock Logo
Click the RedRock logo in the top-left corner to quickly return to the RTL Corporate dashboard.

Dashboard
After logging in, the dashboard will be displayed in the top left corner. Select the dropdown arrow to reveal additional information, including, favorites, recent and retail. Within this section, users can choose which outlet's dashboard they wish to view.

Help Icon
To access training materials on the dashboard, click the help icon to go to the training documentation.
The help documentation is categorized by scoreboards and widgets. You can also use the search bar to easily find specific information.
User Icon
Select the user icon to access additional information.
User: Select the username to manage the profile image.
Submit Feedback: Use this feature to provide feedback or comments about the application. Please note that it is not intended for help or support inquiries.
About RedRock: Provides a brief overview of RedRock, including the current software version, build information, and deployment date.
Clear Settings: This feature allows users to restore the default view for the selected section.
1. Check the settings you wish to clear.
2. Select “Clear Selected”.
- To Clear All module settings, select “Clear All”
You will be prompted to confirm the removal of the selected settings.
3. Select “Yes” to proceed with clearing the settings.
Logout: Use the logout feature to exit the system.
Scoreboards
The Retail Module scoreboards differ between corporate and outlet dashboards.
Corporate Dashboard scoreboards include: Retail Items, Outlets, Revenue, Sold Exceptions, POS Exports and Price Changes.
Outlet Dashboard scoreboards include: Retail Items, Revenue, Sold Exceptions, Low Stock, Inventory Counts and Replenishments.

Widgets
The Retail Module includes five widgets: Retail Calendar, Quick Search, Sales vs. Cost of Goods Sold, Retail Top Seller, and a fifth widget that varies depending on the dashboard type.
On the corporate dashboard, the fifth widget is 'Sales by Outlet', while on the outlet dashboard, it is 'Sales by Commodity'.

Understanding the Dashboard Tabs
The dashboard contains a smart contextual searching feature that can be used to search for any property, entity or department.

Search
Within each tab, the search field allows users to search by property, entity, or department.
The red line indicates which tab you are viewing.

Favorites
Ability to display favorite outlets for easy access. Each detail window displays a "favorite" star action per department to add to Favorites Detail Tab.
Recent
The Recent Details Tab shows which outlet were recently viewed.

Retail
The retail tab displays departments within the retail entity.

For the best experience, we recommend using the iPad or tablet in landscape mode to ensure columns are displaying correctly in RTL.

Within any scoreboard, users can customize the columns they wish to display based on their preferences. To do so, click the three dots in the detail window, select 'Columns,' choose the desired metrics to display, and then click 'Apply.'

Enhanced Save Setting Framework
With the ability to customize columns to show preferred metrics, the system now includes an improved save settings framework. Column selections on scoreboard grids are remembered between page visits and logins, providing a smoother experience across devices, including iPads.
