The retail dashboard displays detailed scoreboards and widgets capturing real time overview of retail metrics including retail items, outlets, revenue, sold exceptions, pos exports and price changes. The dashboard can be viewed in either “corporate dashboard” or “outlet dashboard” mode displaying specific information based on the dashboard selected.

Retail Dashboard Access
To access the RTL dashboard, a user must be granted company access and assigned one of the following system roles: System Admin or Retail.

Navigating to the RTL Dashboard
To access the RTL Dashboard from SAMMS, navigate to Retail → Retail Portal. This path will take you directly to the Retail Dashboard.

RedRock Logo
Click the RedRock logo in the top left corner to quickly return to the RTL Corporate dashboard.
Item Navigator
By default, the Retail Dashboard header displays the Corporate Dashboard. Users can use the Navigator to switch and view a selected outlet’s dashboard as needed.
The dashboard includes a smart contextual search feature that allows users to quickly search for properties, entities, or departments. The red line identifies the currently active tab for easier navigation.
Within each tab, the search field can be used to efficiently locate a specific property, entity, or department.

All of These Words
We've added a helpful new search option that allows you to filter results based on all the words you enter, regardless of their order. This makes your searches more precise and helps you find exactly what you're looking for.
How to Perform “All of These Words” Search
- Click the search icon in the top bar.
- In the popover, check the box labeled “All of these words.”
- The search icon will turn red, letting you know this filter is active.
This setting will stay enabled until you uncheck the box to disable it. The red icon will always remind you that you're searching with this filter turned on.

Quick Search
The Quick Search tab allows users to instantly search for properties, entities, or departments within the dashboard. Using the search field, users can quickly locate the information they need. Frequently accessed results can be added to Favorites for easy reference, and users can select a result to navigate directly to the corresponding page.

Favorites
The Favorites tab allows users to view and access their favorite outlets within the system. Using the search field, users can perform a quick search to locate a favorite outlet. The star icon feature enables users to easily mark an outlet as a favorite from any tab.

Recent
The Recent tab displays the outlets that were viewed most recently, allowing users to quickly access previously viewed outlets. The search field can be used to easily locate a specific recently viewed outlet. Users also have the option to add outlets to their Favorites for quicker access in the future.

Retail
The Retail tab displays a list of available retail outlets within the item navigator, allowing users to quickly access outlet specific information and dashboards. Users can browse or search for a particular retail outlet using the search field for faster navigation. This tab helps streamline access to outlet data, making it easier to switch between locations and manage retail operations efficiently.

Help Icon
To access training materials on the dashboard, click the help icon to go to the training documentation.
The help documentation is categorized by scoreboards and widgets. You can also use the search bar to easily find specific information.

User Icon
Select the user icon to access additional information.

Select the username to manage the profile image.

Clear Settings
This feature allows users to restore the default view for the selected section.
1. Check the settings you wish to clear.
2. Select “Clear Selected”.
- To Clear All module settings, select “Clear All”
3. You will be prompted to confirm the removal of the selected settings.
- Select “Yes” to proceed with clearing the settings.
Logout
Use the logout feature to exit the system.

Dashboard Layout
The dashboard is organized into three main sections:
Scoreboards
The dashboard includes six scoreboards: Retail Items, Outlets, Revenue, Sold Exceptions, POS Exports and Price Changes.
Widgets
The Retail Module includes five widgets: Retail Calendar, Quick Search, Sales vs. Cost of Goods Sold, Retail Top Seller, Sales reporting widgets.
Depending on the dashboard view, users can access either the Sales by Outlet widget on the Corporate Dashboard or the Sales by Commodity widget on the Outlet Dashboard.

For the best experience, we recommend using the iPad or tablet in landscape mode to ensure columns are displaying correctly in RTL.
Column Customization
Within any scoreboard, users can customize the columns they wish to display based on their preferences. To do so, click the three dots in the detail window, select 'Columns,' choose the desired metrics to display, and then click 'Apply.'
Enhanced Save Setting Framework
With the ability to customize columns to show preferred metrics, the system now includes an improved save settings framework. Column selections on scoreboard grids are remembered between page visits and logins, providing a smoother experience across devices, including iPads.
What happens to my saved column settings if I clear the Invoicing Dashboard settings?
Clearing the settings will reset the dashboard to its default layout, removing any custom column arrangements you’ve saved.
