Customer Facing Improvements
PAY Invoicing and Drafting
- Editing the price on a previously unedited catch-weight line no longer fails with a generic save error.
- Changing a price unit to a catch-weight unit now recalculates the price quantity using the appropriate actual or nominal weight.
- Entering an amount on a catch-weight line now uses the actual received weight instead of the nominal conversion weight.
- Re-entering the existing order quantity no longer replaces an actual received weight with the nominal weight.
- Clearing an edited amount now reverts the entered price and restores the correct price variance behavior.
- Price and quantity edits now require units at the API boundary, preventing incomplete edit requests.
- Handled validation failures in PAY Drafting and Variance Reconciliation now return HTTP 400 responses with actionable assertion details. Unhandled exceptions remain unchanged.
Item Editor and Commodities
- Commodity search in new-item workflows now supports parent-and-child hierarchy levels across Item Editor, ITM, and RTL portals.
- Users cannot create an item with a Level 1 or Level 2 commodity; the workflow requires a Level 3 or higher selection.
- Edit Commodity now includes all Level 1 commodities in the SAMMS order and supports hierarchical navigation.
- The Confirm action remains disabled until a valid Level 3 or higher commodity is selected.
- Commodity dropdown behavior and save handling were corrected so the selected commodity persists and the item number updates correctly.
Warehouse and Distribution Center
- Distribution Center editor actions now use a consistent panel layout and CTA placement.
- Default Receipt Status settings are available in Distribution Center configuration and are reflected on Receiving Worksheets.
- Default Stock Document Status settings are available in Distribution Center configuration and are reflected on Picking Worksheets.
- Receiving status labels now consistently use Not Received All and Received All.
- Picking status labels and badges now consistently use Not Picked and Picked.
- Worksheet status fields support clearing a selection and show required-field styling when no value is selected.
Scoreboards
- Three Way Match Scoreboard sorting now works for the Bill To Department and Buyer columns.
- Variance Scoreboard column sorting now correctly handles supported columns, including Receipt Number and Invoice Total behavior.
Reconciliation Center
- Added scope management APIs for departments, entities, properties, and suppliers.
- Scope additions and removals are captured in the audit history.
- Adding an existing scope or removing a scope that is not present completes without an error.
Platform and Observability
- Upgraded OpenTelemetry packages from version 1.12 to 1.19 to address a dependency vulnerability warning.

Operational Notes
- Catch-weight calculations now distinguish between nominal conversion weight and actual sourced or received weight. When an actual weight is available, it is preserved for pricing and amount calculations. When no actual weight is available, the nominal conversion is used.
- PAY Drafting and Variance Reconciliation clients should continue to handle successful HTTP 200 responses as before.
- Handled business and validation failures now return HTTP 400 with assertion details; unhandled exceptions continue through the standard exception-handling path.
- Commodity creation workflows require a Level 3 or higher commodity selection.
- Distribution Center defaults control the corresponding Receiving and Picking Worksheet status fields.
