The Print Label feature allows users to generate and print different types of labels throughout the system. Currently, two primary label types are used system-wide: Retail Labels and Inventory Labels.

Depending on where you are in the system:

  • On the Point of Sale tab, the default Print Label type is Retail.
  • On the Inventory tab, the default Print Label type is Inventory.
  • On the Worksheet, users can manually select which Print Label type they want to use.

Available Label Types

Each print label option provides distinct attribute printing capabilities.

Label Type Description Key Attributes
Inventory Used for warehouse and internal tracking. Storage location, shelf, carry price
Retail Used for selling items in stores and customer-facing environments. SKU, UPC, price, color, size, style, brand
Lot Label Used for tracking specific received lots or purchase orders. Date received, receipt number, PO number
HACCP Used for food safety and compliance. Nutritional labels, allergens, temperature checks, etc.

Note: Available Print Label options may vary depending on the property configuration.
