Understanding the Worksheet Reports Tab

The worksheet reports tab provides access to the worksheet document reports for delivery sheets, purchase orders, and receipts. It also offers options to email, download, or print the report, as well as search within the report.

Accessing Additional Information

Double-Click

To access the worksheet report

  1. Go to the worksheets scoreboard.
  2. Locate the document and double-click to open it.
  3. Select "Reports" from the left menu.

Worksheet Report Header 

Report Header

The worksheet report header expanded displayed information including:

  • Department Name
  • Status
  • Document Number
  • Send to Email
  • Report View
  • Expand(+)/Collapse(-)
  • Required Date
  • Supplier
  • Receiving Area
  • Internal Reference #
  • Notes
 
 

Send to Email

The ‘Send to Email’ feature gives users the ability to send the report via email. 

 
 

Report View

Users can select the report they want to view from the report dropdown. 

Purchase Order Worksheets will have the ability to view

  • Delivery Sheet
  • Purchase Order Report
  • Receipt Report

Stock Request Worksheets will have the ability to view

  • Inventory Document

 
 

 

Worksheet Report Features

Search

Each report includes a search feature that enables users to locate specific information, with all search results highlighted within the report.

 
 

Download

The download feature enables users to save the report as a PDF.

 
 

Print

The print features allows users to print the report.
