Copying Procurement Requests

RedRock allows previous Procurement Requests to be copied where all the information from the original Request will flow over and a new Request number will be created.

Accessing Request Inquiry

1. Go to “Procurement” on the menu bar, then select “Request” and then “Request Inquiry”.

2. Also accessed through Procurement→Smart Requests→Request Inquiry.

 
 

Locating the Document to Copy

1. Search for the document that will be copied and click “Search”.

2. After locating the document, check mark the document.

3. Click “Copy”.

4. A confirmation pop-up will appear asking if you're sure you want to copy the selected document. Click “OK”.

 
 

Finalizing Changes to the Document

1. The new document will contain all the same information as the original. After making any necessary changes, click “Update” to save them.

2. Click on the “Process and Finalize” button.

3. Once you are in the “Process and Finalize” screen, you have the option of printing or emailing the Request to yourself as well as to others.

4. To finish click on the “Finalize” button.
