PAY Dashboard Access

To access the PAY dashboard, a user must be granted company access and assigned one of the following system roles: System Admin, PAYAdmin or PAYUser.

After logging into PAY, the dashboard will display only the information corresponding to the user's assigned access rights.

Navigating to the Pay Dashboard

To access the PAY Dashboard from SAMMS, navigate to ProcurementInvoicesPAY Portal. This path will take you directly to the PAY Dashboard.

RedRock Logo

Click the RedRock logo in the top-left corner to quickly return to the PAY dashboard.

Reconciliation Center (REC Center)

The PAY dashboard header now includes tools for managing Reconciliation Centers, enabling the logical grouping of properties, departments and vendors for better organization and control.

Users can select a REC Center to filter documents by preferred groupings, making it easier to focus on relevant data. Within each Rec Center, users can also manage key settings: adding or removing AP Clerks, Billings, Variances, and Configurations.

All changes are tracked through the audit feature, ensuring transparency and accountability across the reconciliation center.

Additional Information

Ideal Display

For the best experience, we recommend using a 21" to 27" monitor to ensure all columns are displayed properly and the full dashboard layout is visible.

Column Customization

Throughout the dashboard, wherever the three vertical dots appear, users can customize the columns displayed. Simply click the dots, select ‘Columns’, choose the metrics you want to show, and click ‘Apply’ to update the view.

Users can also drag and drop columns to reorder them.

Enhanced Save Setting Framework

With customizable columns for preferred metrics, the dashboard now includes an improved save settings system. Your column selections across the PAY dashboard grids are saved and remembered between page visits and logins, providing a seamless experience on any device.

What happens to my saved column settings if I clear the Invoicing Dashboard settings?

Clearing the settings will reset the dashboard to its default layout, removing any custom column arrangements you’ve saved.
