The Paysheets scoreboard gives users a clear, visual overview of an invoice’s entire lifecycle - from drafting and reconciliation all the way to completion. It acts as a central hub where you can track the progress of each invoice, understand its current status, and see who’s been involved at each stage.

Paysheets Scoreboard
The Paysheets scoreboard displays the total number of paysheets in the system based on the selected parameters applied.
This number may vary depending on the combination of filters applied.

Process Pending Invoices
Process Pending Invoices – Processes all paysheets that are currently in Reconciled status.
This action is available only to users with the PAYAdmin role.
Selecting Process Pending Invoices will display a confirmation prompt:
“Are you sure you want to process all paysheets in Reconciled status?”
- Yes - Processes all reconciled paysheets and submits them for payment.
- success notification appears confirming the action: “Pending invoices processed successfully.”
- No - Cancels the action and returns you to the Paysheet scoreboard.
Search Here
The Paysheets scoreboard offers both Simple Search and Advanced Search Options.
Simple Search:
Use the search field to find records by Invoice #, Document #, Supplier and Bill To.

Advanced Search:
Use multi-select filters to refine your results by Document #, Supplier, Invoice #, Bill To, Filter by Created On Date, Reconciled On, Paysheet Status, 3WM Status, Variance Type, Invoice Source and/or Participants.

Created On Filter
Use the Created On filter dropdown to view documents by Today, Yesterday, This Week, Last Week, This Month, Last Month, All Time, or a custom Date Range.
By default, the scoreboard displays results for All Time. However, the default panel view does not display All Time in the filter until a different time period is selected. Once you choose a filter option, the system saves your preference and automatically applies it the next time you access the scoreboard.

Note: The Created On column is hidden by default. To view it, use the column customization options to add it to your grid.

The date range filter helps you narrow down results to a specific time period allowing you to only see the documents or data that matter to you.
How to Use the Date Range Filter:
- Check the Date Range box to enable the filter.
- Select your Start and End Dates from the calendar.
- The system will automatically update the results to show only items within the selected date range.
- To clear the selected dates and perform a new search, click the Refresh icon.
- To view all results, choose All Time from the filter dropdown menu.

Use the Reconciled On Filter dropdown to view documents by Today, Yesterday, This Week, Last Week, This Month, Last Month, All Time or Date Range.

The Paysheet Status filter allows you to narrow the grid results by the following status options: Unassigned, Assigned, Drafting, Variance Detected, Reconciler Assigned, Reconciling, Reconciled, Completed, or Invoiced.
By default, the scoreboard displays results for All Statuses. However, All Statuses is not shown in the filter in the default panel view until a different status is selected. After you choose a filter option, the system saves your preference and automatically applies it the next time you access the scoreboard.

3WM Status Filter
Use the 3WM Status filter dropdown to narrow the grid results by selecting Unverified, Partial, Variance Detected, Matched or All Statuses.
By default, the filter is set to All Statuses. When you choose a different status, the system saves your preference and automatically applies it the next time you access the scoreboard.

Variance Type Filter
The Variance Type filter allows sorting by specific variance categories: Price, Quantity, Freight, Discount, Misc, Tax, Use Tax, or All Variances.
By default, the filter is set to All Variances. Once a filter is selected, the system remembers the filter choice and automatically applies it the next time you return to the scoreboard.

Invoice Source Filter
The Invoice Source filter is a multi select filter that allows users to narrow down documents based on invoice source(s) selected. Filter options include: Received, Not Received, Email, Attachments, EDI, OCR and Scheduled 3WM.
The filter has no default setting, however when you choose an invoice source, the system saves your preference and automatically applies it the next time you access the scoreboard.

Participants Filter
Use the Participant filter to display grid results for selected participants included on the paysheet.
By default, the filter is set to Blank. When you choose a participant, the system saves your filter and automatically applies it the next time you access the scoreboard.

How to Use the Participants Filter:
- Use the search bar to find a participant by name, or scroll through the list to locate them.
- Check the box next to the participant(s) you want to filter by - the grid will update to show only items involving those individuals.
- To add more participants, simply locate and select additional names.
- To reset the filter, click the Refresh icon.
- The quantity box shows how many participants are currently selected.
Search Status and Reset Icon
The Search Bar includes a Reset icon that serves as an indicator of an active search on the grid. When the icon appears highlighted red/active, it signifies that results are currently filtered either by a simple search or by filters applied through the advanced search panel.
Search criteria are preserved as you navigate between scoreboards and dashboards, so returning to a scoreboard will display results based on the active search.
To clear all applied filters and restore the default grid view, select the Reset icon. This action clears both simple and advanced search inputs, including any selections in the advanced panel.

Bill To Search Rules
The Bill To search returns results only when all entered terms match according to the following rules:
- Equals: Matches the exact Department, Entity, or Property code
- Contains: Matches any part of the Department, Entity, or Property name

Viewing the Full Procure-to-Pay Journey
Clicking on a Paysheet row will take you directly to the Paysheet Document tab, where the paysheet is displayed in read-only mode. From there, you can view the entire procure-to-pay journey in one place with the ability to view key stages through scoreboards. The paysheet provides an intuitive, visual overview of each step, helping you easily track progress and understand where the document stands in the process.
