1. Go to “Reports”, then select the “Finance Reports”
2. Expand the section for “Month End” reports, and select the first report.

Journal Entry - Click “show parameters”, then fill in the following.
- 1) Property 2) Year 3) Period - Click “Run Report”
3. The JE consists of 4 sections. The following sections of this document cover the corresponding reports to run to drill down into each section for further clarification and details
- 1) Adjustments 2) Issues 3) Department Transfers 4) Accruals

1. Under the same section of reports, select the second report

2. The report is a layered report, with drill down capabilities (by clicking on the + sign next to each level. The levels are as follow:
- 1) Account Number 2) Transaction Type & Document 3) Items

- Note – the report does offer optional parameters to select specific transaction types as well as G/L Account Numbers
2. The report is a layered report, with drill down capabilities (by clicking on the + sign next to each level. The levels are as follow:
- 1) Account Number 2) Transaction Type 3) Document (with Charge and Issuing Departments) 4) Items
