Creating a Direct Receipt

Navigating to Receive a Contract

1. Go to “Procurement” on the menu bar, then select “Receipts” and then “Receive a Contract”

 
 

Selecting the BPO to Create Direct Receipt

1. On the Create a Direct Receipt page, choose the BPO you want to make a direct release on. You can select the PO either by checking the box next to the BPO and clicking the "Create a Direct Receipt" button, or by double-clicking on the BPO.

2. Next, a popup will appear that resembles the one used for making a BPO release. If you don’t need to make any changes, simply click the "Create Direct Receipt" button.

 
 

Adding Quantities to the Items

1. Next, select the quantities of the items for which you want to process the Direct Receipt.

2. If you have the invoice while processing the Direct Receipt, you can update the item prices to prevent any issues later. Once you've made the updates, be sure to click the "Update" button.

 
 

Process & Finalize

1. After completing the updates to the Direct Receipt, click the "Process & Finalize" button.

2. In the Process & Finalize popup, you can print a copy of the Direct Receipt by checking the PDF checkbox. You can also email the Direct Receipt to anyone in the company with RedRock access. Once you’re finished, click the "Finalize" button.
