4.2 Auto Rec Scheduling

• Externally scheduled Auto Receive: Auto Receive now responds to external execution requests and determines internally whether each Distribution Center is due for processing.
• Distribution Center configuration: Added Auto Receive, Delivery, printer, worksheet, and audit-event settings.
• Improved operational visibility: Audit event coverage was expanded across key Distribution Center settings, and the audit list now supports vertical scrolling.
• Item Editor usability: Improved sourcing layouts, UPC wrapping, tab preservation during quick search, and transaction filtering behavior.
• Reliability fixes: Corrected Save-button state and scoreboard column-setting persistence.

Customer Facing Improvements

• Auto Receive scheduling: External schedulers can invoke the Auto Receive API frequently without causing processing to run more often than configured. Each enabled Distribution Center is evaluated independently against its configured schedule and last successful execution.
• Auto Receive configuration: Added an Enable Auto Receive toggle, with supporting configuration for document batch size, document finalization wait time, and processing frequency.
• Delivery settings: Added controls for enabling delivery, requiring signatures, and selecting when inventory documents close. Closing options include after picking or after delivery.
• Printer settings: Added Distribution Center configuration for print-to-route behavior, default printer, and default label template.
• Worksheet settings: Added configuration for catch-weight requirements, short-shipment notifications, and delivery confirmations.
• Receiving finalization: Finalize-dialog email options now default from the selected Distribution Center configuration.
• Audit visibility: Added audit events for Auto Receive, Delivery, Worksheet, and Printer settings. Audit event lists now support vertical scrolling so users can view the full event history.
• Save behavior: The Distribution Center Save button is disabled until a change is made and becomes enabled when unsaved changes are present.

Item Editor

• UPC display: UPC badges now wrap so users can view all UPCs associated with a unit. The delete control remains accessible from the Profile tab.
• Sourcing layouts: Supplier, contract, and order-guide columns now display codes and names with clearer emphasis and consistent formatting.
• Transaction filters: The Order Unit of Measure filter was updated on advanced panels across transaction scoreboards.
• Tab preservation: Quick Search now returns users to the Item Editor tab they were viewing instead of always opening the Profile tab.

Pay and Scoreboards

• Invoiced Scoreboard settings: User-selected columns are now remembered correctly.
