Portal (Home Screen) Layout

The User Portal allows Users to customize and arrange their home screen to each Users’ needs. The more system access a User has, the more options that will be available to them on the Portal. The Portal is broken up in the three parts which are called Zones; the Right Zone, the Middle Zone, and the Left Zone. These Zones are the only places where you will be able to add or remove information windows within the Portal.

  1. On the Home Screen, click the “Personalize” drop down.

  1. Click on “Choose Items”

  1. The Portal Catalog will show up. The catalog will be based off the Users system access. Check mark one of the boxes that you would like to put on your Portal.

  1. Choose a Zone to add the box to on the Portal.

  1. After choosing a Zone, click “Add”

  1. The box will now be on the Home Screen in the Zone that was picked.

  1. Once all the boxes have been added, click on either of the “Close” buttons to close the Portal Catalog listing.

  1. All the boxes have the option to be deleted from the Home Screen. To remove a box, click on the “Close” button.

  1. The screen will refresh, and the box will be removed. The box can always be re-added by flowing steps 1.1 to 1.7.

  1. There will be times that a User will want to Reset the Portal back to its original Portal screen. Click on the “Personalize” drop down.

  1. Click “Design”

  1. Click “Reset”
