The transaction tab offers a complete overview of all purchasing and inventory transactions related to the item, including transaction history, details, inventory status, and financial information, all consolidated in one place for easier reference. This section is crucial for tracking the item's lifecycle and making informed inventory and financial decisions.
Item Header
The item header appears when you access the inventory tab. To make any modifications, return to the profile tab, click the (+) icon to expand the item header, modify the necessary fields, and then select "Save."

Requests Scoreboard

Search Here
Simple Search
The Item Editor Transaction tab includes a simple search that is available across all scoreboards.
- The Requests, Orders, Receipts, and Invoices scoreboards support searching by Document, Supplier, Department, and Created By.

- The Inventory scoreboard supports searching by Document, Department, and Created By.

Advanced Search
The Item Editor Transaction tab includes an advanced search that is available across all scoreboards.
Use multi-select filters to refine your results by Document, Supplier, Department, Filter by Document Status, Created By, Created On, Modified On, Required On, and/or Unit of Measurement.
Note: Inventory Advanced Search does not include the Search Supplier single search option.

Document Status Filter
The Document Status filter allows you to narrow the grid results by the following options: Open, Closed, Deleted, Incomplete or All Status.
By default, the scoreboard displays results for All Status. After you choose a filter option, the system saves your preference and automatically applies it the next time you access the scoreboard.

Created By Filter
Use the Created By filter to display grid results for transactions created by a specific user.
By default, the filter is set to Blank. When you select a created by user, the system saves your filter and automatically applies it the next time you access the scoreboard.
Note: The Created By column is hidden by default. Use the Column customization to add it to the grid at anytime.

Created On Filter
Use the Created On filter dropdown to view documents by Today, Yesterday, This Week, Last Week, This Month, Last Month, All Time, or a custom Date Range.
By default, the scoreboard displays results for All Time. Once you choose a filter option, the system saves your preference and automatically applies it the next time you access the scoreboard.

- Check the Date Range box to enable the filter.

Order Unit of Measurement Filter
Use the Order Unit of Measurement filter to display grid results for transactions with a specific unit of measurement.
By default, the filter is set to All Measurements. When you select a unit of measurement, the system saves your filter and automatically applies it the next time you access the scoreboard.

Search Status and Reset Icon
The Search Bar includes a Reset icon that serves as an indicator of an active search on the grid. When the icon appears highlighted red/active, it signifies that results are currently filtered either by a simple search or by filters applied through the advanced search panel.
Search criteria are preserved as you navigate between scoreboards and dashboards, so returning to a scoreboard will display results based on the active search.
To clear all applied filters and restore the default grid view, select the Reset icon. This action clears both simple and advanced search inputs, including any selections in the advanced panel.
