Scheduling Vacation time is for Users that are set up as Approvers. This will allow the system to skip the User that is out on Vacation and go to the next Approver automatically. There are two ways the Approver can be set up for Vacation time. The User can do it themselves or a User Administrator can do it for the User.

1. When signed in, click the Username on the top right of the screen
2. Click on “Vacation Time”.
3. Using the Calendar, select the Start and End Date
4. Click “Add”
5. After adding the Dates, the dates that were selected will be in Green

1. Go to “Administration” on the menu bar, then select “Security” and then “Users”
2. Search for the User the needs to be scheduled for Vacation time
3. Check mark the User and select “Schedule Vacation”
4. Using the Calendar, select the Start and End Date
5. Click “Add”
6. After adding the Dates, the dates that were selected will be in Green

1. When in Vacation time, click any Green date
2. Select “Yes” to delete the Scheduled Vacation time
3. After removing the Scheduled Vacation time, the calendar will not have anything in Green
