The Batch scoreboard provides users with an intuitive display of sent batches, including key details such as participants, the date and time of the batch, the number of invoices, and the total batched amount. Users can access the Invoice Batch Group Report for a specific line item using the Open Report action. Additionally, the Batch Highlights feature offers quick insights with capabilities for a deeper understanding of each batch.

Batch Scoreboard

The Batch scoreboard displays the total number of batches in the system based on the selected parameters applied.

This number may vary depending on the combination of filters selected.

Batched On Filter

Use the Batched On Filter dropdown to view batches by Today, Yesterday, This Week, Last Week, This Month, Last Month, or All Time.

These intuitive filters help users quickly filter the grid within the selected timeframes.

By default, the filter is set to This Month. When you choose a different period, the system saves your preference and automatically applies it the next time you access the scoreboard.

Sent Filter

Use the Sent filter dropdown to view batches based on the sent status: Yes, No, or All

These intuitive filters help users quickly filter the grid for the selected batch sent status.

By default, the filter is set to All. When you choose a different filter, the system saves your preference and automatically applies it the next time you access the scoreboard.

Participants Filter

The Participants Filter helps you quickly find batches based on who has been involved in the process.

By default, the filter is set to Blank. When you choose a participant, the system saves your filter and automatically applies it the next time you access the scoreboard.

How to Use the Participants Filter:

  1. Use the search bar to find a participant by name, or scroll through the list to locate them.
  2. Check the box next to the participant(s) you want to filter by - the grid will update to show only items involving those individuals.
  3. To add more participants, simply locate and select additional names.
  4. To reset the filter, click the Refresh icon.
  5. The quantity box shows how many participants are currently selected.
