Paysheet Work History
Work History Tab
The Work History tab can be accessed on the side panel below the attachments tab in the Paysheet.
Paysheet Header
The Paysheet header is visible in the work history tab with the ability to expand, collapse and minimize the header.

Scoreboards
Scoreboards are used to clearly illustrate the time a document spent in each phase, down to days and hours, helping teams quickly assess progress and identify delays.
Each phase displays user icons to highlight participant involvement. Hovering over an individual icon reveals the user’s name, while a +(#) badge can be hovered over to view the complete list of participants.

The Work History provides a simple search feature within each scoreboard.
Categories
Each scoreboard includes its own set of categories tailored to the type of work performed in that phase. While the specific categories vary by scoreboard, all scoreboards include the following core categories:
All Activity – Captures every audit event that occurred within that scoreboard.
Sheet Status – Consolidates all status-related audit activity for that phase.
Comments – Displays any audit events where a comment was added.
Additional categories are specific to the actions and workflows that take place within each phase.
