My Workspace
My Workspace Widget
The WHS My Workspace widget offers two configurable viewing options to support different user preferences and workflow styles: Dropdown List View and Card View Display.

Dropdown List View
The Dropdown List View provides a compact experience with a task type dropdown that allows users to quickly navigate between workspace categories.
When expanded, the dropdown displays each task type along with its corresponding task count for the Today period, providing clear visibility into current workload by workspace.
The selected task type grid is displayed within the widget by default, allowing users to immediately focus on actionable tasks.

Card View Display (Default)
The Card View Display is the default workspace view, providing a more visual workspace experience by presenting all task types simultaneously in a card based layout, including their associated task counts for the Today period.
Users can quickly scan task volumes across all workspaces at a glance, and selecting a card will display the corresponding task type grid within the widget for further review and action.

Save Setting Behavior
The Save Settings framework preserves your workspace, allowing you to return to the same view between page navigation and user sessions.
Dropdown List View
- The Dashboard remembers the last Task Type displayed in the grid.
- As you navigate between the Dashboard and Portals, or sign out and sign back in, the grid reopens to the same Task Type you were previously viewing, allowing you to continue where you left off.
Card View Display
- When you first sign in, the Dashboard displays the Task Type cards as the default landing view.
- After you select a Task Type, the Dashboard remembers your selection for the remainder of the current session.
- As you navigate between the Dashboard and Portals, you will return directly to the previously selected Task Type rather than the Card View.
- When you begin a new session by signing in again, the Dashboard once again displays the Task Type cards as the default starting view.
