The Warehouse Insights widgets provide a detailed work log that captures daily tasks. This widget tracks the workflow, showing associate working on the task, the type of work being performed, document number, and the time frames related to the tasks. The insights are valuable for viewing others' tasks, as they help you understand who is working on what and provide better visibility into the overall workflow.
Understanding the WHS Insights
Work Insights
The Work Insights are connected to the Warehouse Calendar “All Work/My Work” toggle feature. The insights will reflect the type of work shown, depending on the current selection of the calendar toggle.
Work Logs
The Insights window is set to the work logs filter.
Types of Work Log
Use the dropdown menu to filter by the following Types of Work Log: Arrivals, Assignments, Status Changes, and Completed Tasks. Users can select one or more types of work logs to apply the filter.
Details
The insights detail window includes:
- User
- Work Type
- Document Number
- Department
- Time Frame Work was Performed
- Date of Work
Calendar Expand Icon
Clicking the Calendar Expand Icon will hide the Insights widget and enlarge the calendar. To minimize the calendar and restore the Insights widget, click the compress icon on the Warehouse Calendar.
