A variety of reports are available for recipes. To access them from any page, simply go to the main toolbar, click on Reports, and then select Recipes. Each report offers different parameters, some of which may be required to run the report. Required parameters will be displayed in bold.

C.O.G.S Reports
Accessing C.O.G.S Reports
To view COGS reports, the property must set up their F&B POS interface. This interface enables the sales data from the POS to be imported into RedRock, allowing COGS reports to be displayed.
Commodity/Item Chart Breakdown
Detailed report of cost of sales by commodity/department by selected date rage, with drill down capability to the items, with chart, and summaries. Cost is based on recipe costing, and sales from POS interface.
Click the (+) to drill down to display each recipe within the commodity.
Department Date Drill down
Detailed report of costs of sales by department by day, for selected date range, with drill down capability to item detail, with both quantities and dollars for sales and costs. Cost is based on recipe costing, and sales from POS interface.
Profit/Analysis by Date Range
Detailed report of costs of sales by department and items, with sales costs and percentage to totals.
Profit/Analysis by Date Range - Expanded
Detailed report of costs of sales by department and items, with sales costs and percentage to totals and menu analysis
Sales Analysis Matrix
POS Sales Analysis report of all items sold for selected time frame, with classifications by item within sales quadrants.
Sales What If Matrix

Accessing POS Sales Daily Reports
To view POS Sales reports, the property must set up their F&B POS interface. This interface enables the sales data from the POS to be imported into RedRock, allowing POS Sales Daily reports to be displayed.
Commodity Matrix
Sales Report by Commodity (with drill down capability to the 2nd tier by commodities) , for dollars sold within selected date ranges (Sales are based on POS interface)

The following recipe reports can be accessed without the need for the F&B POS interface to be set up.
Ingredient Listing by Recipe
Detailed listing of all Recipes as defined in the system, with ingredient information (including current costs).
Recipe Book
Report with the ability to print multiple recipes of the current Recipe Book report.
Recipe Chef Book
Report with the ability to print multiple recipes of the current Recipe Chef Book report.
Recipe HAACP Book
Report with the ability to print multiple recipes of the current Recipe HAACP Book report.
Recipe Listing with Costs
Simple Listing report of all recipes, grouped by Commodity Codes, with PLU numbers, yields and costs.
Recipe Server Book
Report with the ability to print multiple recipes of the current Recipe Server Book report.
Additional Reports
Items with Associations
To access the Items with Associations, navigate to:
Reports →Administration→Global Item Master→Items with Associations.
The Items with Associations Report shows all items with property associations.
To view only the recipes that were created, filter the commodity by Recipes.
The report displays the following details: recipe name, number and property associated with the recipe.
Item With Recipe Associations
To access the Item With Recipe Associations, navigate to:
Reports →Administration→Item Master→Item With Recipe Associations.
List of all items and all recipes they are linked to. In this report you will see the recipes linked to the item without the ingredient amount in each recipe.
The report is similar to the Ingredient Listing by Recipe found in the Recipe section of reporting. The difference is in the ingredient listing by recipe reporting you see the amount of the ingredient per recipe.
New Items for Review
To access the New Items for Review, navigate to:
Reports →Administration→Item Master→New Items for Review.
The New Items for Review Report is a list of all items and recipes set up in the system on or after a specific date.
To view only the recipes that were created, filter the commodity by Recipes.
The report displays the following details: recipe name, number, base unit, cost account, set up by (user), and set up on (date). (Scroll all the way to the right to see Set Up By and Set Up On.)
