The View Invoice feature allows users to display the attached invoice scan side-by-side with the Invoiced Scoreboard grid, making it easier to review and enter information during the drafting process.

This clear, visual comparison helps users quickly verify line item details such as quantity, price, and terms ensuring they align between the invoice and system records. By streamlining this review process, the feature helps reduce errors, support compliance, and improve overall efficiency in the invoicing workflow.

The View Invoice option is available in both read-only and edit modes within the Invoiced Scoreboard.

Within the Invoiced and Reconciled Scoreboard, the View Invoice button provides the Accounts Payable team with quick access to the original invoice used in the 3-way match process. This side-by-side view enables faster, more accurate comparisons between the scanned invoice and the system-entered data.

When the View Invoice button is clicked, the window automatically resizes and the header collapses, creating a cleaner layout that maximizes visibility for efficient review.
