If the paysheet is in Reconciling status, users must first use the Cancel button to return the paysheet to Reconciler Assigned status.
From there, users can select Unassign Variance to move the paysheet into Variance Detected status, where the ReDraft Paysheet action becomes available to either Delete the Draft or Preserve the Draft.

Reconciler Assigned, Reconciling, Reconciled
During the Reconciliation stage, the Redraft Paysheet action is available when the paysheet is in Reconciler Assigned, Reconciling and Reconciled status.
This option appears when the paysheet is accessed from the Variance or Paysheet Scoreboard and the associated task does not include a Task ID.
